XBM SHAFT KILN STRUCUTURES
1.Special mixing system is adopted to make stone mix with fuel evenly, which is beneficial to the uniform calcination of lime.
2. Rotary distributing device is used for material distributing.
As the stone is distributed very evenly, the resistance of each spot at the kiln cross section is the same, thus stable calcination is achieved.
3. Air system uses draught fan and patented technology "computer probabilistic simulation wind cap" to supply air which realized the pressure equalization, amount equalization of blast volume in the furnace, enabled the burning to be more sufficient and even. This has efficiently solved the phenomenon of "underfiring, over burning", and achieved an energy-saving purpose.
4. Ash discharging system selects a disc type ash discharger combined with two-stage seal valve, and achieved an ideal air-locking performance.
5. Material feeding, dosing, air supply, gas supply and ash discharge are all finished through computer automatic control. Simple equipment, large operation elasticity, small occupation of land, and lower investment compared than other type of kiln.
SHAFT KILN ADVANTAGES
1.The shaft kiln has large operation elasticity, adjust range of 60-100%, and can realize stable production.
2. Low heat consumption and reasonable heat energy utilization. The secondary high temperature air directly participates in combustion after preheating the cold lime, thus to make full use of heat value.
3. shaft kiln uses slight negative pressure operation (kiln roof) to make uniform air distribution, which is advantageous to lime calcination.
4. Correction system is designed to prevent partial burn.
